12 hard boiled eggs – peel, sliced in half and yolks removed
2-4 large cloves of Montana Stinking Rose Garlic
2-4 fresh basil leaves
1 Tbsp. tasty mustard
12 yolks removed above
2 Tbsp of mayo, adjust if necessary to make a firm paste
Green chile pepper sauce to taste (start with 2 soup spoonfuls of med hot sauce)
Chop garlic to a fine size, chop basil also. Mix garlic and basil, then ad remaining ingredients including yolks. Mix thoroughly to proper consistency and fill egg halves.
Finish with cracked pepper and large black olive. Makes 24 appetizers.
