Garlic Mashed potatoes

3 lb potatoes

½ cup cream

½ cup milk

2 cloves Montana Stinking Rose Garlic

2 tbsp butter

¼ tsp white pepper

Salt to taste

Peel potatoes and boil until tender. Drain and mash with cream, milk and butter. Use press and squeeze garlic cloves into puree. Add white pepper and salt, blend. Add more milk or cream for desired consistency. If you prefer a milder garlic taste, boil the garlic cloves with the potatoes. You can also roast garlic and add to the potatoes instead of boiling the garlic with the potatoes.
