4 heads of Montana Stinking Rose Garlic (serves four)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Expose the clove by cutting the upper tips off the bulbs. Place the garlic, cut side up, in a muffin tin or baking pan or wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Drizzle garlic with olive oil. Bake for 2 hours or until garlic cloves are soft. To serve, squeeze the cloves and spread on bread or crackers.
